My journey with Nespresso changed how I feel about creative direction and the future of advertising. From creating flagship campaigns for them to guiding their global studios, I came to see firsthand the systems that make creativity faster and smarter without compromising quality. In a world of never-ending content and emerging AI tools, brands that move fast stay relevant, so content studios can play a huge role in a brand’s longevity whilst traditional models stall.

Creative operations at scale
• Led Nespresso Studios as its Co-ECD, then solo ECD (maternity cover). • Developed its operations and creative processes • Doubled the creative team across London and Barcelona Ogilvy studios • Collaborated with brands like Oatly, Blue Bottle, Starbucks, and The Weeknd • Supervised 1500+ hours of on-set production and hundreds of hours in post-production • Produced 4000+ assets in one year for markets across Europe, North America and APEC markets • Oversaw all campaign briefs, regularly 30+ at a time • Continued to build relationships with Nespresso HQ and its local markets across all departments • Supported the returning ECD as an operational and creative leader, ensuring the seamless integration of all campaigns as a bridge across business goals, executional production feasibility and creative vision.
Global brand strategy
• Repositioned the backbone of Nespresso's creative strategy, brand look and feel through a flagship campaign, creating a fresh visual language adopted across all campaigns for the brand's 80+ markets. • Creatively led and won WPP's biggest pitch of the year to create Nespresso Studios, a multi-agency content studio providing origination and amplification work to Nespresso HQ and its local markets.
